Product Description
With a crestal diameter of 3.0 mm and an apical dimension of only
1.8 mm, these tapered implants can be inserted using a 2.3 mm drill in
soft bone and a 2.8 mm drill that steps down in size to 2.3 mm in
dense bone. Each implant has a medium-rough textured surface created
by blasting with Soluble Hydroxylapatite crystals and mini-threads
that start 1 mm below the crest of the bone to minimize bone loss.
The ScrewDirect 1-piece implant for cemented restorations has a
5.5 mm tapered head and a 1.5 mm collar with a beveled shoulder.
The all-in-one packaging includes a snap-on transfer and comfort
cap designed to engage the retentive groove located above the
beveled shoulder.
The ScrewIndirect 1-piece implant for screw-retained restorations
has a 2.5 mm high collar with a 5 mm wide platform for supporting
screw-retained bars and bridges. The all-in-one packaging
includes a snap-on transfer and comfort cap plus a 2 mm extender
to accommodate thicker tissue. —Jason Schwartz |
