3Shape's CAMbridge is a software add-on module to DentalSystem. CAMbridge enables fully automated manufacturing of dental restorations by automatic preparation of the completed CAD design for milling, wax printers and model making machines, and laser sintering.
CAMbridge includes features for automatic preparation of the completed design including the addition of sprues, drops, and optimal placement in the blank for milling. As restoration orders are ready for manufacturing, the completed designs are automatically prepared for the selected material and corresponding manufacturing equipment. CAMbridge supports full integration with 3Shape's Dental System but can also handle non-3Shape generated STL files. Combining DentalManager Inbox and CAMbridge enables highly competitive manufacturing centers, where orders are sent from the internal or external lab and passed to the manufacturing equipment without human interaction.
