4% Citanest Forte DENTAL (prilocaine and epinephrine injection) is a fast-onset (1 to 2 minutes) anesthetic from DENTSPLY Pharmaceu - tical for short or intermediate procedures.

It provides an intermediate pulpal duration anesthesia in the maxilla (approximately 40 minutes) and intermediate pulpal duration anesthesia in mandibular nerve blocks (50 to 70 minutes) using low epinephrine.
