Like all piezo scalers, the TurboPiezo by Parkell is powered by vibrating quartz plates in the handpiece
instead of vibrating metal stacks on the back of the insert. As a result, it is quieter and generates less heat

TurboSENSOR
Parkell’s TurboSensor magnetostrictive scaler automatically adjusts its operating frequency to accommodate
either a 25 kHz or 30 kHz tip. The unit has a high maximum power setting for patients with extreme calculus,
as well as very low power for subgingival use.

the instrument approaches the foramen, green lights track progress down the canal.
