The eCentral Communication Manager seamlessly integrates with DENTRIX to communicate with patients and dental professionals more effectively. The eCentral Communication Manager uses popular means of communication to remind patients of appointments or to encourage continuing care visits.

eCentral can systematically send text messages, emails, and postcards that are configured to user preferences. Once set up, eCentral will help reduce missed appointments and optimize scheduling. Included with the Communication Manager is eCentral’s Appointment Manager. The Appointment Manager places everything needed to manage a day’s appointments on one web page that can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. eCentral’s Communication Manager includes a patient satisfaction survey that is automatically emailed to patients after an appointment. The survey also provides satisfied patients with the opportunity to refer friends or family members to the practice.
