EndoREZ Accelerator

EndoREZ Accelerator is designed with EndoREZ and should not be used with other resin sealer materials.

Product Description

EndoREZ Accelerator makes EndoREZ the only self-priming, hydrophilic, and biocompatible endodontic sealer available with an accelerator component. The set time is reduced by approximately 75%, from 15 to 20 minutes to an average of 4 to 6 minutes. This reduction in time allows the clinician, assistant, and patient to complete a comprehensive root canal/restorative appointment much faster and with less downtime. EndoREZ also offers a greater opportunity in a single appointment rather than staggering the treatment over several visits.

To administer EndoREZ Accelerator, the operator first dips a gutta percha cone into a small vial containing Accelerator. The point is then “passively” inserted into an EndoREZ-filled canal using the coated accessory gutta-percha cone as the “carrier.” The cure process begins immediately.

EndoREZ Accelerator has low cytotoxicity and is biocompatible for patient safety and comfort. EndoREZ resin sealer was the first self-priming, hydrophilic, dual-cure resin sealer for endodontic obturation applications. The hydrophilic properties of EndoREZ ensure deep penetration into dentinal tubules and delicate anatomy in the canal. —Jason Schwartz
