The 3-in-one Implant Center 2 LED generates high power and strong LED illumination in a single device.

ACTEON introduces a new, brighter LED version of the Implant Center 2 with all the advantages of its predecessor—a power regulation system, reliability, robustness, and safety. Dedicated to bone surgery, the Implant Center 2 LED includes a piezoelectric ultrasonic high-power generator and offers 3 autoclavable LED handpieces—the Piezotome 2 LED, the optional Newtron LED, and the I-Surge LED Motor. The 3-in-one unit allows clinical versatility, capable of assisting the practitioner in pre-implant bone surgery, implant placement, and implant maintenance.

The Piezotome 2 LED handpiece is the first autoclavable LED lit surgical ultrasonic handpiece on the market and includes 100,000 lux of bright, white, autoclavable lights in the I-Surge motor as well. The I-Surge LED motor has a wide speed range of 100-40,000 rpm, very high torque of 6 Ncm, and is compatible with all e-type contra angle handpieces.

Elegantly designed with a convex shape, the Implant Center 2 is easy to decontaminate and has a large touch-sensitive screen. In addition, a large footswitch allows for hands-free control of the micromotor and ultrasonics. —Julie Schmitt
