Align Technology introduces the next generation of SmartForce features, called Invisalign G4, that are engineered to solve treatment challenges dentists confront and achieve predictable tooth movements. Based on biomechanical principles, SmartForce features are customized for each tooth using advanced virtual modeling, and are positioned precisely to deliver the proper forces.
New with Invisalign G4, Optimized Root Control Attachments are designed to provide greater mesial-distal root-tip control. The attachments provide multiple points of buccal contact for better movement. Optimized Multi-Plane Movement features are designed to improve control of upper laterals. The active surface of the optimized attachment is oriented to deliver extrusive forces while simultaneously rotating and/or tipping the lateral. A Pressure Point on the lingual aspect of the aligner is positioned to apply a second force for control of the multi-plane movement.
Align Technology also offers a comprehensive suite of practice marketing materials easily accessible through an online portal.
