explosive practice growth
Have been utilizing SI for 3 years. The doctors follow suggested techniques for practice growth. Our practice has experienced amazing growth. The staff is engaged and feel blessed to be part of an amazing team. It's not all just about profit it also encourages giving back! I was skeptical at first but now I see the proven results and they have been life changing for doctors and staff.

terrible company
Avoid this company at all cost! The techniques they taught did not work one bit. They promise a 100% satisfaction refund, but don't live up to it. Everything is friendly until you realize the product is a failure and ask for your refund. Then they get rude, demeaning, lie, and prolong things as much as possible so you don't get a refund. They even tell you to lie to patients regarding insurance. The trainer was a joke! She said one thing, left to talk to me and said another. Then she went back in to talk to the staff and told them the opposite of what she had previously told them! I cannot say enough bad things about them!

Changed My Life
I feel sorry for the posters on here who referred to this program as a con or who claim it doesn't work and want to stop receiving mail. This tells me they fall into one of two categories: 1. Their staff run the office and the doctor is subservient to them. Basically most staff resist change so they tell the doctor it doesn't work because they never committed to implementation. So then the doctor, who never monitored and insisted they be committed 100%, fails to be the leader and just accepts their assessment. 2. This is a know it all doctor...doesn't believe this will work because after all they are the knower of all things and knowledge...so if it doesn't make sense in their mind it can't be good. What's so sad about this is that the lost opportunities are immense...and their egos or unwillingness to wrest control of their practice from their staff is holding them back. The telephone training is only a small part os Scheduling InstitutE..it's the starting point. I engaged in their full program 2 years ago.,I can tell you my practice DOUBLED in production in that time, my net income increased by 60% AND I have halved my clinical hours (I have multiple associates now) My average monthly new patients has gone from 16 to 85. Their full program will change your life IF you commit, are focused, and do what they tell you to do.

Con all the way
I totally agree with you. I received the packet in the mail. I put the cd in and seen it was a total waste of time. they also recorded my phone call without my consent and has not stopped sending mail since. If anyone knows how to make them stop sending mail, please let me know.

Intrusive
Our office requested information from Scheduling Institute based on an advertisement we received in the mail. Dr. Geier had one of his staff members call our office, record our conversation without our knowledge, sent us a cd of that phone call and proceeded to insinuate that our staff was under qualified to answer the phone. Based on purely the fact that he violated our staff's privacy, we will not be purchasing anything from his company. We also warn that if you do not want fall out from your employees you may want to look elsewhere for training.
