DENTSPLY Prosthetics calls Radica “a revolutionary material” with properties that allow creation of “extremely durable, highly wear-resistant provisionals with superior esthetics.” The provisional and diagnostic resin can remain in the mouth for up to 2 years for all single-unit restorations, inlays/onlays, and 3-unit bridges (up to the 2nd bicuspid). Engineered radiopacity can be used as a part of a radiographic scanning process (xrays and computed tomography).

Dentsply Prosthetics PFZ porcelain for zirconia line introduces 13 new PZ Shade Series shades keyed to the Vita 3-D Master 1 Shade Series. Great for single crowns or bridges, it’s the ideal porcelain for zirconia frameworks. The new PFZ PZ Shade Series zirconia layering porcelain will allow labs to satisfy 65% to 70% of the Shade Series prescriptions from dentists.
