Northeast Laboratory’s MPA is a 1-piece, heat-cured appliance designed for migraine prevention that incorporates a deprogramming platform over the central incisors.
It can be made on either arch, and the size of the appliance can be made to cover the full arch to protect the patient from swallowing it. The MPA also can be converted to a nightguard for future use as a bruxism appliance.
