ACTEON introduces the P-Max Newtron XS, the first autoclavable handpiece with LED light and “Air-Active” system. The new P-Max Newtron XS ultrasonic generator allows dentists to profit from the most powerful and safest piezo technology. It also offers the newly designed autoclavable Newtron LED handpiece, which is the first ever autoclavable LED handpiece (65,000 LUX). It is also the first handpiece to offer an integrated and selectable air supply, “Air-Active,” to make procedures, especially endodontic, more efficient.

The P-Max Newtron XS features two 300-mL tanks that enable the delivery of different irrigants, whether it is sterile saline solution, chlorhexidine, or sodium hypochlorite. The 300 mL reservoirs are quickly and easily refilled—even during a procedure. The amount of liquid pumped to the treatment area thoroughly reduces pathogenic germs and bacteria.
