PowerPay is the easiest and most efficient solution to process credit and debit cards from within DENTRIX. With one card swipe, PowerPay can authorize a charge and post the payment directly to the Accounts Module, eliminating double entry. Using PowerPay reduces accounting errors while increasing practice profitability.
By setting up automatic recurring or ‘after-insurance’ payments in the Consent Manager, users can save time and better manage their accounts receivable with PowerPay. PowerPay generates automatic prompts when it’s time to process a payment, helping to avoid countless hours in frustrating collection calls, while increasing staff efficiency. PowerPay, combined with the Ingenico Touch Pad, allows users to process pin-based debit cards to save thousands of dollars in merchant fees (on average, debit card fees are less than half those associated with processing credit cards). In addition to the Ingenico Touch Pad, PowerPay is compatible with the Interlink ePad which allows staff to capture and store electronic signatures for payment or treatment consent.
