The QuietNite is a custom-fabricated dental device worn at night to combat snoring. The lower jaw is moved into a forward position, thus increasing the three-dimensional space in the airway and reducing soft-tissue vibration.
Special connectors, attached to flexible upper and lower forms via an internal ball attachment, provide excellent patient comfort because of a lack of sharp edges and allow small movements of the jaw to reduce stiffness. These connectors also exhibit extraordinary strength under lateral forces providing improved reliability and strength over other competitor systems.
