Radica is a lab-processed system for provisional and diagnostic restorations that combines superior flexural strength and durability with best-in-class esthetics. Radica fits into a variety of roles from diagnostic applications to use as a long-term provisional appliance. Through additional clinical research, DENTSPLY has expanded the system’s indications to 2 years in the mouth for all single-unit restorations, inlays/onlays, and 3-unit bridges to the second bicuspid. As a result of these expanded indications and exceptional esthetic characteristics, the portfolio is also being increased to include the complementing A-D shades and 2 bleached shade options.
Radica’s superior strength, durability, and wear resistance allows clinicians to tackle full mouth reconstructive and implant cases with confidence. In addition, the material also has engineered radiopacity that is optimal for x-ray or computed tomography scanning purposes.
