Renamel DeMark is Cosmedent’s flowable radiopaque cavity liner that clearly demarcates composite restorations on an x-ray. Because it is more radiopaque than enamel, it eliminates the problem of misdiagnosing decay.
DeMark flows easily into the cavity prep and adapts perfectly to the floor of the prep and the gingival margins. DeMark is great for use in proximal boxes, as a base, or as a liner.
