Servotome

Acteon's Servotome is a high frequency electro-surgical device that uses a fully rectified, filtered current for the best possible performance providing electrosection with smooth cuts and no side effects for enhanced, quality tissue healing.

The Servotome is indicated for surgical applications such as gingivectomy, gingiviplasty, frenectomy, abscess incision, crown lengthening, and removal of hypertrophied tissue. The Servotome is one of the only generators to independently control the depth of the incision, and the extent of coagulation. In coagulation mode, lower current efficiency at the surgical site allows controlled heat dispersal to provide the hemostasis desired, with no damage to underlying tissue.
