Ti-Max Series

Lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant titanium is the only external body component material used for the Ti-Max handpiece series from NSK America. Additional features include the patented clean head system built into the turbine head section, comprising a nonretraction mechanism to prevent entry of oral fluids and other foreign substances into the turbine head.

The push-button autochuck mechanism allows one-touch bur insertion and removal, and the triple grip bur lock mechanism increases bur retention strength under high loads. Triple water spray delivers coolant water at the rate of 60 mL/min parallel to the bur. Highly durable cellular glass optics offer brilliant illumination. A nonretraction valve mechanism is built into the coupling and air motor to prevent retraction of oral contaminants into the water lines of that handpiece.
