The Vit-l-escence microhybrid composite system provides a palette of options for duplication of beautiful and natural looking tooth structures.

The system is designed to re-create subtle polychromatic detail. Using a layering technique, enamel shades can be placed over dentin shades for anterior (including direct veneers) and posterior restorations. The unique custom shade guide aids in shade matching as well as determining the degree of translucency required. In addition to artistic beauty, Vit-l-escence also incorporates scientific dependability for strength, wear resistance, and outstanding handling properties. Vit-l-escence has a creamy, nonsticky consistency that facilitates placement and contouring.

Ultradent Products, Inc. evolved from a dentist’s quest to create more effective dental products. Just out of dental school and beginning his practice, Dr. Dan Fischer was not satisfied with many of the dental products available to him. He felt products could be developed further. First Patent Dr. Fischer's first endeavor was a successful hemostatic solution called Astringedent®, developed in 1979.
