Product Description

SciCan's innovative HYDRIM C61w G4 instrument washer automatically washes, rinses, and dries dental instruments at the touch of a single a button on its touchscreen. HYDRIM G4's unique combination of safety, efficiency, and instrument protection is designed to simplify reprocessing and maximize return on investment.

The Internet-ready unit uses fresh water and cleaning solution for every cycle, ensuring consistent results. According to SciCan, the HIP ULTRA cleaning solution is a liquid detergent that rapidly and fully disperses, unlike powder detergents, which can form clumps and compromise the efficiency of the washing process.

The web-connected HYDRIM G4 is capable of directly communicating with service personnel or any staff member. If the unit requires service, diagnostic information can be sent via email to preselected dealer service representatives, significantly reducing down time. For safety and security, The HYDRIM G4 can require processes to be PIN-protected with user-defined IDs so that staff members can be required to authorize a cycle. In addition, the HYDRIM G4 stores cleaning cycle history and data that can be printed or uploaded to a PC at any time.

We have 2 units, ran for two years, then started failing TOSI test and putting up error codes at about the same time. Professional technicians made several trips, charged several thousand dollars and they still don't run right. As for TOSI tests, Scican tech support said Hydrims won't pass TOSI tests, even tho they did for two years. Don't buy Hydrims
