Mach-Scannable
Parkell announce the release of its scannable die material, Mach-Scannable. A low-viscosity vinyl-polysiloxane die material, Mach-Scannable displays excellent detail reproduction. When fully cured, its surface allows high-resolution scanning and image reproduction using an intraoral scanner.
This is a particularly useful alternative for areas of the mouth where standard scanning techniques are difficult. Mach-Scannable is durable, nonsticky, and features a smooth consistency. It produces a low amount of speckle noise to enhance the precision of the electronic impression that a CAD/CAM system can then use to rapidly turn it into a well-fitting prosthesis.
