Very Cool Technology

Unlike other donor product grafts, i.e. alloderm, this product is comprised of placental tissue and resorbs in weeks. The graft material contains growth factors, collagen, laminins and other extracellular matrix proteins that recruit in new cells to form gingival tissue. This product may really improve patient experience, resulting in higher case acceptance and happier patients. The company is also launching a product that is similar but can be used as a membrane for bone grafting: very cool technology!
