Glidewell's ERKODENT offers a wide variety of thermoforming discs and finishing accessories for their line of thermoforming equipment. All ERKODENT thermoforming discs are manufactured using medical grade material and precision extruding methods for the highest level of biocompatibility and tolerances.
Discs are available for the manufacture of occlusal and orthodontics splints, nightguards, single- and multiple-layered PlaySafe type mouthguards, and bleaching and fluoride trays. ERKOLOC-pro, one of the more popular materials, is clear and transparent with a hard/soft double layer. It is easily polished and can be modified with cold cure acrylics.
