Hiossen, a leading manufacturer in implant solutions, developed its ET III SA implant based on extensive R&D experiences with existing implants in the Hiossen line.
ET III SA implants provide dental professionals with enhanced initial stability, which yields optimal conditions for immediate and early loading. These unique implants feature Hiossen's Sand blasted and Acid etched (SA) surface treatment. This treatment results in a shortened bone healing time, an early cell response, and an improved secondary attachment force. In addition, it allows for the possibility of early loading after 6 weeks of placement. According to Hiossen, the SA surface also offers convenient placement and initial stability due to the optimal body design.
The single pitch thread features an optimized design for the SA surface, which also reinforces fixture strength. ET III SA implants also feature a corkscrew thread design that provides both self-tapping and path-correcting ability. The open thread design prevents bone necrosis and the apical design of the ET III SA implants provides for increased initial stability at fresh extraction sockets.
Like all Hiossen implants, ET III SA implants are manufactured with biocompatible titanium, and the abutments are made from titanium and ceramic materials.
