Love it! More importantly-patients love it!
We tried two other services before switching to Lighthouse360 and couldn't be happier. Daily reports that are easy to read and follow up on, flexibility on what is sent and when, patient friendly wording and look with more options on response, 10 minute intervals for syncing with our schedule, many more features that just make my job so much easier. And truly more importantly, the patients really love it. We have received more positive comments and thanks than with either of the previous two. Happy to tell everyone about their services!

Patient Recall, Appointment Reminders, and eBlasts
I cannot say enough good things about Lighthouse 360. It is very user friendly for both the dental office and the patient. Their customer service is amazing and the value of the product is good. This product has saved our office a lot of valuable staff time and money. We use it for all recall functions (phone calls, emails and postcards) and for eblasts. Our patients love it! They love the email reminders and the text messages. You can set it up for your office needs.

LH360 - Highly Recommend it
We use LightHouse 360 based on a professional recommendation and we are happy with it except they don't send review link via text (only by email) but I am not stuck with the contract. Plus, it sends recall notices which I am not sure demandforce is doing. Another notable feature of demandforce is that they have tie-up with yelp and google to book an appointment directly however I am ok as I have the same functionality from zocdoc. For now, I am happy using Lighthouse 360.

Great option
Love how it can text people about an open appointment time! Helpful filling last minute cancellations. Great product. Does what we need it to do without any issue!

Ease of Use and Efficient Too!
Lighthouse is easy for our Staff and our Patients to use. Their customer service is pleasant and efficient in helping us on the rare occasion we need to use it - (and then it is mostly for self-education) The system is a real time-saver and we all know time is money!

LOVE Lighthouse 360!
Lighthhouse 360 makes managing our schedule in our dental practice so much easier! The texting option gives patients a helpful reminder for upcoming appointments and keeps our cancellations down to a minimum. The auto-fill feature makes filling openings in our schedule so much easier! I would highly recommend Lighthouse 360 to any office.

Love the Reminders
Our favorite feature is the reminder two hours prior to the patient's appointment. We have found it cuts down on missed appointments as a lot of people would get busy at work and forget their appointment. The other feature we like is the "Save the Date" the patient gets as they are leaving from today's appointment.

LOVE Lighthouse!
I have used Lighthouse 360 since it was introduced. Patients LOVE it and and so do I, I would not go anywhere else. Lighthouse Support is GREAT, great response time and very knowledgeable staff. I have nothing negative to say!

Great service all around!
We have been so pleased with Lighthouse360. It is very convenient and a game changer. We love how you can send group messages out to a select group of people. The communicating via text message to patients is wonderful. Our patient's comment daily on how much they love the text message and e-mail reminders. We have never had any problems! I would highly recommend Lighthouse360 to any practice.

Love LH360
We have used Lighthouse for a few years now. I like the interactive nature of the program and how it feeds into our dental software. Our patients compliment their messaging frequently. Overall, it makes our communications easier and more efficient on a daily basis.

Lighthouse 360 is wonderful!
When Hurricane Harvey hit Houston and many roads impassable, LH360 made it easy to communicate the challenges faced by our office and our building. We were able to share updates with our patient database easily and remotely which was a lifesaver. We like that it frees up staff time daily to get other things accomplished as well.

We LOVE lighthouse!
We love using Lighthouse 360! My personal favorite feature is how easy it is to communicate with patients using the texting feature! We can fill our schedule, ask patients to come earlier or later, & of course confirm apps! We love having access to our portal from home! There were several snow days here in Georgia this winter & it was SO convenient to be able to send out messages to our patients about our office being closed! Thank you, LH for making our jobs easier and better for everyone!!!

Excellent Services
Their communication with our patients is superb! They offer nice features like custom email communication to a variety of patients (active, inactive, overdue, etc.). They also have a relatively newer feature that allows us to fill last minute cancellations by sending out texts to people who have cancelled recently.

Saved my sanity!!!
Lighthouse 360 is my life saver 360! As the office manager in a multi-doctor specialty practice, your system is by far the best investment our office has made! We utilize it daily and our patients are thrilled with being able to text and respond quickly. I cannot say enough about your confirmations and how they have saved many a lost hour or two! Very User Friendly
I really enjoy working with Lighthouse 360. Our patients are constantly giving me positive feedback about the text / email reminder options, and it saves me so much time not having to make daily reminder phone calls like I used to do. I also love the ability to write professional looking emails and newsletters that can be sent to our active patient list. Overall I love working with Lighthouse 360. Thank you!

I dare you to try to make us switch
We had 2 previous notification products before finding LH360 & it was a miserable 6 years. We love how easy it is to use, we can customize text & email messages to go along with their well planned pre-set ones, on-demand texting is just like using your phone from the desktop, they think of things to add before you can request it. Our patients love how easy it is to communicate with us, anything that is in print are such high quality we get comments all the time.

PATIENTS LOVE IT!
We use most of the automated services by Lighthouse 360. Our patients appreciate the communication: reminders, recalls, birthday wishes, etc. We receive many compliments and our office appreciates the freed up phone lines!

Great for Patients and Office
We've used Lighthouse 360 for over a year now and couldn't be happier. It keeps up with the day to day tasks, patients love the email and text reminders, but also helps with short term problems. We had to close due to winter weather and my office manager sent an email and text to all the patients scheduled that day to tell them we wouldn't be open. It only took a few mins and everyone was pleased.

We switched from Solution Reach and are not looking back...
We switched to lighthouse not long after I started with Cary Family Dental, and it has been the best change we have made. I love texting our patients on a more personal level and they respond better to a personal text vs a robotic one. It reduces our confirmation calls letting our team focus on other tasks. They even upgraded with us when we got Dentrix Enterprise. Give them a call and see what they can do for your office!!!

LH360
LH is very helpful saves so much time. It user friendly and with this day and age most people communicate by text or email. It logs everything. One glitch is if the text does not go through it does not let you know that. If the number is disconnected and it still shows the text went through. Since we can log into it outside of the office, If we have bad weather we can send a blast out to everyone with an appointment to let them know our office status. Great customer service.
