The Park Dental Continuous Feedback torque wrench is designed for placing the Lew MDI implant system. This wrench is constructed out of a heat-resistant plastic that has exceptional memory, which allows for repeated autoclaving without changing the properties of the material—unlike typical metal torque wrenches.
The Continous Feedback torque wrench from Park Dental also allows for feedback between 15 and 80 Ncm. Used throughout the insertion protocol of the Lew MDI System, this torque wrench provides feedback to the clinician at every turn of the implant placement. This gives dentists the continuous stream of information necessary to determine if the implant is seated in the proper location, and it lets them know when the implant is securely embedded in the bone with enough stability to be immediately placed into function.
