Ease of Use
Described by Sunstar as convenient and easy to use, the handle of the Eez-Thru Flossers is padded for comfort. In addition, the angled pick is designed to make it easy for the user to dislodge food particles.
When asked to rate the GUM Eez-Thru Angled Flossers on ease of use, 2 evaluators rated them as excellent, 4 rated them as was very good, 2 rated them as good, and 3 evaluators rated them as fair. When asked to evaluate the product’s angled pick feature, 7 evaluators rated it as excellent, 1 rated it as very good, 1 rated it as good, and 2 rated it as fair.
Ease of Reaching Back Teeth
Sunstar Americas designed GUM Eez-Thru Angled Flossers so that patients can effectively clean back teeth. Eight evaluators rated the ease of reaching back teeth with GUM Eez-Thru Angled Flossers as excellent or very good. Two evaluators rated this feature as good, and 1 evaluator rated this feature as poor.
An evaluator who rated this feature as excellent said, “They were easy to use, especially around the back teeth. I liked the vertical plastic on the handle part of the flosser; it made it easier to hold.” A Gilbert, AZ, evaluator wrote that the product “flossed well,” but noted she did have some trouble “getting the floss in and out of her teeth.”An evaluator from Wapakoneta, OH, said she felt that this floss made it “easier to access the back teeth.”
Shredding

Three evaluators rated the flavor of the product as very good, 5 rated it as good, and 1 rated it as fair. The evaluators’ opinions varied on the flavor, with a Grand Forks, ND evaluator noting, “The product tasted good,” and another evaluator commenting that she would have liked “more flavor.”
Overall Satisfaction
