Usage
Manufacturer Description: The Monarch CleanStream dispenser ?automatically aspirates the solution into a fine mist for complete inner tubing wall coverage? without adding stress to the vacuum pump. The dispenser automatically dispenses the right amount of solution for each operatory, with no staff monitoring necessary.
Evaluator Feedback: When asked to report their favorite feature of Monarch CleanStream, an evaluator with more than 20 years of experience in dentistry said, ?I like that it was designed to be as adaptable to every operatory and customizable so as to make cleaning as easy as possible.?
An evaluator who rated his overall satisfaction with Monarch CleanStream as excellent reported, ?[It is] easy to make the solution and the bottles are [easy] to attach to suction and let it do its thing.? Another evaluator said, ?It was great to have ability to clean 2 operatories at once.?
One of the evaluators commented, ?The large concentrate bottle could be improved. It gets messy,? and suggested that a ?spout design? might be a possible improvement. However, this same evaluator still rated his overall satisfaction with Monarch CleanStream as excellent.

Vacuum Performance and Features
Manufacturer Description: CleanStream has excellent anti-foaming properties?the produced foam collapses immediately, increasing the longevity of pumps. Foam that passes through the separation tank can get into the suction pump, dry up, and cause the pump to fail. If foam gets into the plumbing, it can obstruct the flow of air, which creates the suction.
Evaluator Feedback: ?It really works and it smells great,? said an evaluator who practices in Ohio, describing the performance of Monarch CleanStream. He added, ?The staff likes it a lot.? Another evaluator said, ?[The product] does the job it is intended to do.?
