The work day is coming to a close and Stacey Abbatessa is checking off items on a long list of end-of-day duties she needs to complete before she can leave the office and get home to her kids. Roughly 113 miles to the west, Kristen Khoury embarks on a similar mission to “tidy up a million things” before she can walk out the door and call it a day.

Ease of Use
Compatible with both wet and dry vacuum systems, CleanStream yields 125 cleanings per bottle and mixes easily with water. Users simply fi ll the dispenser with water to the line, measure the solution in the bottle cap, add the concentrate to the water, and attach the saliva ejector and HVE hoses. For Dr. Steven Berk, CleanStream made chairside evacuation maintenance “easy with the hookups and saved us time mixing and flushing the lines.” With 6 operatories, Dr. Carrie Niemann found it “simple to premix for 2 rooms at a time,” and said, “It works well to attach and clean multiple lines at a time.”
“I like the way the cap is designed, and the straws reach all the way to the container’s bottom, sucking up every last bit of solution,” said Khoury. Because the dispenser has a sealed cover, she can make enough solution for 2 days at once, which she called “a little timesaver.” Khoury suggested making the “full” marking visible all the way around the container to make it easier to see when enough water has been added.
Suction & Cleaning
Used only once a day, the non-corrosive, non-foaming, neutral pH CleanStream formula keeps evacuation lines clean and debris-free, optimizing suction performance, preventing shutdowns, and extending equipment longevity. Comments about CleanStream’s pleasant scent were overwhelmingly positive, with Hendrickson calling it “very simple to use with its container with a nice scent.” Dr. Irwin said, “The evacuation system was clean, and the smell was great.” Having used a previous product with a “horrible” smell, dental assistant Nicole Burke Hodges called CleanStream’s scent “very pleasant.” Khoury praised its “pleasant lemony scent,” while Dr. Niemann said, “The smell was pleasant.”
Overall Satisfaction
Exceptional ease of use and time savings, combined with CleanStream’s efficacy and pleasant scent, were the source of rave reviews from the DPS evaluators. “I would recommend this product due to the time it saved and the ease of using it,” noted Dr. Berk. “I wouldn’t change a thing” about the Monarch CleanStream and Dispenser System, concluded Abbatessa. “The ease of use, fresh scent, and delivery system make the product sell itself.”
