Our founder, Lisa Hartig, purchased her first dental staffing firm, a division of Dental Power, in 2001 after many years of seeing the business from both sides. She understood firsthand the rewards and challenges of working as a temp hygienist. Lisa also spent time on the office management side, where she had faced the staffing and scheduling struggles of an office trying to keep a full, productive schedule.
