In return, patients prepay for treatment and receive customized savings on preventive and restorative care with no deductibles, annual maximums, or exclusions for procedures. Created by experienced industry leaders, Plan for Health includes software training and support from the TruBlu team as well as comprehensive coaching to implement, operate, and evaluate the plan. Practices pay a monthly fee to TruBlu with no annual contract.

The evaluators were impressed with the ease of setting up the plan, the quality of the support they receive from TruBlu, the easy enrollment process, and the overall ease of operating the Plan for Health program. With an automated payment process, Plan for Health provides secure transactions that are easy to reconcile, with fees and plan pricing strategies unique to each practice. The membership program coordinates with practice management software, and key performance indicators help evaluate the program’s effectiveness.

 

Having experienced “accounting issues with a previous in-house loyalty plan,” Jenny experiences “no accounting errors, and all monies are easily tracked and allocated” with Plan for Health. Nancy appreciates the “very straightforward fees for our practice and the ease of understanding the cost of offering the plans to our patients.” Cruz would like to see direct integration with Eaglesoft in the future.
