A Vacuum System Cleaner That Gets Ahead of Debris
A-dec’s Evacuation System Cleaner dissolves and removes debris to prevent vacuum line buildup that can clog traps and lead to costly downtime and repairs.
From the time a practice opens its doors for those first early-morning patients until the very last appointment of the day, there’s a piece of equipment that needs to work constantly and efficiently the entire time, or else everything comes to a screeching halt and everyone has to go home. A dental vacuum pump may not be particularly flashy, but it’s an office essential, and it’s critical that it runs at peak performance.
But, while practices tend to expect a lot of vacuum pumps—and depend on them to function perfectly, all the time, the non-stop daily use along with the simple passage of time leaves a buildup of organic and inorganic materials in the vacuum lines that can clog traps and negatively affect the performance of the system.
Improves Vacuum Pump Performance
With a unique, multi-enzyme solution that dissolves and removes organic and inorganic debris, the A-dec Evacuation System Cleaner can keep vacuum pumps running at peak performance all day long, and prevent malfunctions and repairs that are both inefficient and inconvenient.
“It appears that this cleaner provides a noticeable improvement in the performance of our system,” said David Buchina, DMD, of Valley Dental Center in Conneautville, PA. “Staff members have reported increased effectiveness in the operatories where we’ve used the product.”
“It deodorizes while cleaning, bolsters system performance, and prevents residual buildup.”

Amalgam Separator Compatible
Non-foaming, pH neutral, and freshly scented to eliminate odors, A-dec’s Evacuation System Cleaner is compatible with amalgam separators as well as the A-dec dry vacuum pump system and the ICV vacuum line cleaning system.
“We appreciate that it’s amalgam separator-compatible, the scent is pleasant, and it didn’t create any foam, which is a great benefit,” added Heather Richardson, EFDA, of Premier Dental Care in Indianapolis, IN.
With many dental practices experiencing their most hectic schedules, the product is fast and simple to use and has a built-in measuring device. The cleaner uses a combination of 30 mL of the solution mixed with 1 liter of water, and once mixed, may be dispensed with the A-dec ICV vacuum line cleaning system or an atomizer.

Deodorizes While Cleaning
“The measuring system makes for a proficient, trouble-free, rapid delivery, which is a definite asset in our busy practice environment,” shared Dr. Buchina. “It deodorizes while cleaning, bolsters system performance, and prevents residual buildup. I recommend it enthusiastically!”
As an added convenience, Evacuation System Cleaner is packaged in a 33-oz liquid concentrate in both 12 bottles or a single bottle, as well as a 128-oz liquid concentrate, available in 4 bottles or a single bottle, both with pumps included.
“I’ve found that it’s effective, effortless, and enhances our workflow,” Dr. Buchina concluded.
