With that, its newly launched 3D printer, the AccuFab-CEL, is no exception.
Seamless In-Office Fabrication
The AccuFab-CEL features Collimated Programmable Lithography technology, which helps ensure uniform light distribution and enhance the printer’s accuracy within ±35 .m. Users can control printer settings and visualize printing progress with its user-friendly interface, and a new mainboard and high-performance light panel effectively shorten printing times and increase overall efficiency.
With a specified layer thickness of 100 .m, clinicians can print orthodontic models in just 14 minutes, as well as surgical guides or implant models in 20 minutes. These printing times can vary depending on different layer thicknesses, as well as the number of printable layers in each application.

The AccuFab-CEL incorporates SHINING 3D’s pioneering ceramic platform, which offers small-scale, high-value printing ideal for crown, bridge, and full-arch applications. The smooth surface of the technology prevents excess residue from adhering to printed products—ensuring safety and a hassle-free cleaning process.
