Aligners are becoming an ever popular and esthetic mode of orthodontic treatment. In this webinar, the participant will be exposed to concepts regarding the orthodontic biomechanics of aligner therapy. Discussion will include developing a protocol in applying attachments, use of auxiliary appliances, when to anticipate refinements, and creating a treatment design for efficient and effective aligner treatment.
Clinical cases of varying complexity including deep bite, open bite, crossbite and inter-disciplinary treatment will be reviewed in exploring how employing a protocol that can aid in desired outcomes in an efficient manner. Participant will learn how to properly identify candidates for aligner treatment.
