The main objective of this course is to explain the different types of loading protocols that exist in oral implantology (immediate, early, delayed) and what are the criteria to apply them, even in challenging cases (extensive bone graft, palatal approach, mobilization of Inferior alveolar nerve for implant placement). For that, we utilize objective criteria for choosing loading protocols in single and multiple (splinted) implants. If the scientific and clinical objective rules regarding loading protocols will be used, we can prevent a lot of implant failures.
The goal is to explain the objective guidelines of loading protocols, sustained in scientific research and clinical experience, to solve oral implants rehabilitation cases, with long terms predictable results. The application of all the loading protocols will be demonstrated with clinical cases
After completing this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Identify the rules for predictable loading protocols (immediate, early, delayed) for single and multiple (splinted) implants.
- Recognize which factors can influence the type and time of implant load.
