Line Cleaners
Optimize Super-Kleen 40 is a powerful, non-foaming concentrated evacuation cleaner and deodorizer that is safe for use with amalgam separators. The neutral pH formula is packaged as a 2-lb powder concentrate that makes 32 gallons of pleasantly scented, environmentally friendly solution.
Evacuation System Cleaner Plus is a multi-enzyme evacuation cleaner that can remove bio-burden from high-volume evacuation and saliva ejector lines. The non-foaming, pH neutral liquid concentrate makes 32 gallons of solution and complies with EPA amalgam regulations. Available in a peppermint fragrance, Evacuation System Cleaner Plus is recommended for daily use to maintain the efficacy of evacuation equipment.
Super-Vac 40 Plus is a powerful multi-enzyme cleaner that deodorizes and cleans with a pleasant, mint fragrance. This latest generation of concentrated evacuation cleaners is EPA-compliant and safe for use with amalgam separators. Non-foaming and environmentally friendly, the neutral pH formula dissolves organic fluids and debris. Super-Vac 40 Plus is recommended for daily use to maintain the efficacy of evacuation equipment and the 64-oz liquid concentrate makes 8 gallons of solution.
Ultrasonic Solutions
Tartar, Stain, & Permanent Cement Remover is an effective cleaner that can remove food stains, calculus deposits, tartar buildup, and tobacco stains from dentures, partials, crowns, bridges, and other appliances. A liquid formulation is available in a 128-oz. container and a 2.82-oz powder concentrate can be made by adding water to a gallon container. Both varieties offer a powerful stain remover that can also remove permanent cement from instruments.
General Purpose is an advanced formulation that combines nonionic surfactants, powerful chelators, and corrosion inhibitors, and is designed to enhance the ultrasonic cleaning action of delicate instruments. Additionally, General Purpose can be used with ultrasonic cleaning units to remove bio-burden, debris, and other surface soils from instruments and appliances. Available in a liquid concentrate that makes 10 gallons and a powder concentrate that makes 1 gallon, General Purpose can be used directly in an ultrasonic tank or as a sonic conductor when using Optimize Tartar & Stain Remover.
Refresh Enzymatic Cleaner is a protective cleaning solution, as well as an instrument pre-soak, that is effective with or without an ultrasonic. A 1-oz fluid metering chamber is incorporated into the design of the bottle, and 1 oz makes 1 gallon of solution.
Temporary Cement Remover is ready to use as a strong, fast-acting solution to remove cement and stone from instruments, trays, and appliances. It is a superior cleaner for most zinc-oxide eugenol-type cements.
Tray Cleaner removes alginate, zinc oxide eugenol, modeling compound, and waxes from metal impression trays and makes 4 gallons of solution. The product is especially effective with Bosworth Stainless Steel Impression Trays, Supergel Alginate Impression Materials, and TAC Tray Adhesive Compound and is available in a 16-oz powder concentrate.
Super Brite Instrument Cleaner cleans all types of diamond instruments, carbides, and steel parts, endodontic files, broaches, readers, and hand instruments and won’t damage the bond of diamond instruments, nor will it dull or corrode metals or deteriorate plastics. Super Brite is available as a 32-oz liquid concentrate.
Alcohols, Cleaners, and Solvents
Orange Solvent can remove zinc-oxide-eugenol, rubber base, and other impression materials from hands, mixing slabs, and instruments, and is available in both 32-oz and 8-oz liquids formulations.
Isopropyl Alcohol USP Grade is available in both 99% and 70% alcohol varieties and is suitable for general cleaning. The 99% is also suitable for certain KeyPrint 3D printing post-process workflows.
Denatured Ethanol is burning alcohol and works well as fuel for Keystone’s dental torches.
Autoclave Cleaner is a steam cleaner that cleans grease, grime, and particles from all sterilizers using powerful anionic and nonionic surfactants. Available as a 32-oz liquid, the mildly alkaline solution can be used as part of a routine maintenance program to keep autoclaves operating at peak performance.
Instant Fog Free is a mirror defogger that eliminates water and fog distortion on mouth mirrors and is available as a 32-oz liquid. With a pleasant mint scent, Instant Fog Free prevents image distortion and fogging when using high-speed handpieces.
Thick Hand Sanitizer is a 70% alcohol antiseptic that kills viruses and bacteria and contains Vitamin E. Available in 1 gallon, 16 oz (both with pumps), 8 oz, and 6 oz sizes, it cleanses, purifies, and protects skin against germs that cause illness.
