This lecture is designed to address critical problems encountered when performing root canal therapy using modern techniques to solve them. Using state of the art instruments and techniques should allow the clinician to deal with diverse intracanal obstructions and curvatures in order to clean and shape the root canal efficiently to the root canal terminus.
