“Since there are no attachments, the chair time is so much less,” Dr. Veenstra said. “When you put attachments on the teeth, even though they’re tooth-colored, people still notice them. And for the patients, it’s less annoying to their tongue and easier for them to take on and off.”
Reveal is intended for anterior correction of mild to moderate cases, while Reveal Plus is used for more complex cases and can incorporate attachments.
Clarity is another advantage. Henry Schein states that Reveal is clearer than other aligners and will not discolor over time. “We've seen that with Reveal aligners it’s much clearer because it’s not 3D printed.
