Doctors can compare multiple treatment setups prior to approving a final plan for manufacturing. Smilers models are 3D-printed using stereolithography technology, which produces smooth surfaces with minimal visible layer lines for exceptional clarity. Each clear aligner is then cut and hand-polished along the trimline for enhanced comfort and an accurate fit.
