The Communicator Surgical Face Mask with Clear Window is a patented, FDA-registered device that provides a fog-resistant clear window for improved communication with patients. This unique disposable mask is intended to be worn during dental procedures to protect both the patient and dental personnel from transfer of microorganisms, body fl uids, and particulate material. Sourced and manufactured in the United States, it is ADA effective for visual communication, lip reading, and visual cues. It is available in ASTM Levels 1 and 3.
