Customizable, Mobile-friendly and Keyword-optimized Websites

I first found out about VivioSites in January 2013. I had used a different website service, but I was starting a new practice, so I hired VivioSites to handle it. My current vendor was so much more expensive, so I thought because I’m opening this new practice, it’s nice to get a new viewpoint and a change in cost. Today, VivioSites manages my personal practice website and the website of my other practice. In my time working with VivioSites, we’ve updated the template and features of my personal website with ease.
I’m most impressed with VivioSites’ collaboration—they actually collaborate with the dentist. Many lead-generating web services don’t collaborate at all. They just tell you things like they know everything, and they don’t even execute. If you work with VivioSites, they actually take your call, hear what you have to say, and are really honest about it.
It’s challenging today because it’s very competitive in the web space. VivioSites has a pricing structure that accommodates dentists like myself who are willing to pay more, but want that collaboration. I think they understand that some dentists just want the low-end, template model, if they prefer that, while others like myself want to be more creative or collaborative, and they have a model to accommodate that. That’s what I’ve been most impressed with—VivioSites truly tries and produces metrics for their efforts. They provide reports that compare month-to-month web metrics, and they have been consistent in providing results. They are fair with their pricing, and they deliver; that’s hard to find in the Internet/web business.
Compared to other services, I think VivioSites does 2 things really well:
1. Their email and contact forms are perfect.
2. They know how to optimize, and that’s crucial.
VivioSites refines the list of SEO keywords that make my websites rank highly in search results. I want to be at the top, and it’s worked out really well. It takes time, but they get it done.
When I call VivioSites, I usually speak with their SEO writer, but their director will also take my call. I’m not calling to bother them; that’s not the point. I just want my collaboration—that’s it. I want them to be able to make changes as easily as possible. I don’t want a million back-and-forth conversations, because I need to be efficient. But the fact of the matter is that they’re willing to have those conversations, and they’ll try to execute those goals for you.

Dr. Cummings, a Boston cosmetic dentist, graduated from Middlebury College in 1983 and received his DMD from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1987. He spent the next 5 years of training with the chairman of Complete Dentures in Denture Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry at Tufts. In 1992, Dr. Cummings became an Assistant Professor of Complete Denture Prosthodontics at Tufts, where he has lectured on implant dentistry and gross anatomy. He is an author as well as a national and international lecturer. Dr. Cummings has been in private practice since 1989 and is the owner of an onsite lab, New England Creative Dental Arts Lab. In 2012, after deciding to mentor new graduates in dentistry, he opened a dental practice in Waltham, NK Family Dentistry.
