Alexander brings deep strategic and operational expertise from her leadership role at Darby, as well as from her work as President of Figment Creative, a boutique marketing consultancy focused on brand strategy and growth marketing.
Women in DSO® also announced the appointments of Guillaume Daniellot, Chief Executive Officer of Straumann Group, and Nicola Deall, Chief People Officer of Dentalcorp, further strengthening the Board as the organization enters its next phase of growth and industry impact.
Alexander’s appointment reflects her long-standing commitment to leadership development within the dental and DSO ecosystem. She has held multiple leadership roles within Women in DSO®, including co‑chairing the Mentorship and Wellness Committees and most recently serving as Chair of the Professional Development Committee.
