Simple Integration
Panoramic recognizes that each dental practice is unique. It is because of this that their digital panoramic imaging systems incorporate the latest technology built on flexibility, compatibility, and value to meet the evolving needs of dental offices. Their advanced imaging technology utilizes and is equipped with TWAIN interface communication that allows their machines to seamlessly connect to existing practice management or imaging software. Simple integration provides instantaneous access to patient images within existing software for chairside viewing and consultation.
Preventive Maintenance
Even though a Panoramic machine seems to be working fine, preventive maintenance (PM) should be conducted with Panoramic-certified technicians on a regular basis – every two years. During this PM visit, a factory-trained technician will perform a multi-point inspection including examination of exposure button, forehead support, handlebars, keypad buttons, machine stability, mechanical alignment, software calibration and much more.
