The best measure of any product is what real users say about it. That’s why Lighthouse 360 recently surveyed its customers in to see what impact their product has in real dental practices. The results were affirming. When asked if Lighthouse 360 increased their practice’s efficiency, 90% said yes. Ninety-six percent reported an average of 40% fewer no-shows. Ninety percent saw an increase in dormant patient reactiviations and a 92% increase in monthly practice production.
Checking the pulse of the practice staff, 80% said it increased their happiness at work, and they felt more “connected” with patients. As for reducing recall time, 94% said it did, and by about 41%.
And get this—64% said using Lighthouse 360 improved the practice’s online reputation. Plus 91% saw an almost 50% increase in patient reviews.
