TotalCem, as in you can totally cement just about anything. This all-in-one self-etching and self-adhesive permanent resin cement from Itena North America, is self-adhesive on enamel, dentine, metal, ceramic, porcelain, zirconium, and composites. It
is indicated for the cementation of crowns, bridges, posts, inlays, and onlays. It is dual-curing (either light- or self-curing), and has an optimized gel state for easy removal of excess if cured for only 3-4 seconds first. With extremely thin film (10 microns), TotalCem has demonstrated exceptional bonding strength (20 MPa on enamel and 15 MPa on dentin). TotalCem is fluroride-releasing, radiopaque, and comes in 2 long-lasting shades: universal A2 and translucent.
