Die-Keen Die Stone from Heraeus is used to provide high strength and excellent expansion for dies, crows, and bridgework. It allows for the formation of a glassy smooth, chip-resistant surface with no hardeners or additives required. This product flows easily under vibration as ultrafine, mixed powder and stacks well without slumping. It has a compression strength of 18,000 psi when dry and a liquid to powder ratio of 21:100. It is specially formulated to be compatible with all impression materials.
