Buffalo Dental Mfg Co Inc.'s Sta-Vac II Versatile Vacuum Forming System is an electric vacuum former that allows traditional flat table and precise bead basket adaptations. The ConverTable combination vacuum table/bead basket is used in standard flat table mode or reversed. It can also be used in bead basket mode for greater versatility, vacuum flow, and accuracy. Powerful suction and highly accurate adaptations are provided due to the dual-stage electric vacuum motor with no compressed air connections required. The gasket-sealed frame is spring loaded as well as self-leveling, capable of handling a variety of 5" x 5" sheet materials. The square center post ensures a smooth operation and perfect alignment of table and frame. It features a unique housing design that keeps motor contamination from happening, shields heater, and promotes an ergonomic operation. All systems contain a sample range of vacuum forming materials.
