Bosworth's Hydrox Calcium Hydroxide Cavity Liner used as a self-setting cavity liner and pulp capping agent. This radiopaque paste gets rid of all chemical and thermal sensitivity by sealing dentinal tubules and protecting the pulp. Also functions as a protective barrier that insulates that dentin and pulp from acid containing cements and restorative materials. Works well beneath glass ionomers and will not affect the amalgam or polymerization of composites. Formula is designed to be flowable for controlled placement into the preparation.
