Kuraray America, Inc.'s Clearfil Porcelain Bond Activator is a silane coupling agent that can combine with SE Bond Primer or Clearfil Liner Bond 2v Primer, Clearfil New Bond or Clearfil Photo Bond to ensure a strong adhesion to porcelain and composite restorations. The mixture is applied directly onto the surface, after mixing the liquids, to be restored followed by restoring the defect using a composite. It provides high bond strength to porcelain as well as a repair of porcelain or porcelain fused-to-metal crowns and bridges. Clearfil Porcelain Bond Activator also offers an increased retention of porcelain inlays, onlays, crowns and veneers.
