Dentsply Sirona’s CEREC SpeedFire is capable of sintering a full-contour zirconia crown in approximately 10-15 minutes, offering the strength of zirconia restorations in a single chairside visit. Designed for seamless integration into the CEREC workflow, the SpeedFire can be easily incorporated into any CEREC-equipped dental office as it combines the sintering of zirconia and ceramic firing process in one device. Simply design and mill restorations, then sinter with the CEREC SpeedFire. The zirconia restoration is ready to seat after you polish or glaze with CEREC SpeedGlaze spray. The CEREC SpeedFire can process CELTRA Duo and other glass ceramics, including many requiring crystallization, as well as Ivoclar e.max. The furnace can also process multiple restorations of the same material simultaneously.
